Sartiglia is spectacular celebration of Carnevale in Italy, dating more than 550 years. It’s an event highlighted by a tournament of medieval origin and masked horsemen. Held in Oristano, on the Island of Sardinia, the tradition originates from Spanish conquerors. Sa Sartiglia is without a doubt one of the oldest, most evocative, iconic and spectacular Carnival celebrations in Europe.
